No smoking in the house or on the property- includes tobacco, vaping, and e-cigarettes.

If you find anything broken or have a problem upon check-in, contact the owner immediately to have the issue resolved.

The Max number of guests is 8. All guests need to be disclosed before check-in

Quiet time is 9 pm-8 am

All trash must be placed in trash bags before going in the trash can

Do not tamper with the internet

When you leave the house turn off all lights. Set thermostat to 76 degrees

If the A/C is on, please keep doors and windows closed

Leave all furniture where you found it upon check-in

Leave outdoor furniture on the top deck

You must wear a life vest while kayaking per state law

The minimum age requirement for the Primary Renter is 25. We reserve the right to check IDs.

Children are welcome with their parents.

No pets are allowed in the house or on the property.

An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if we determine that a pet was present.​

No loud parties/events are allowed. We have to be mindful of our neighbors.

No smoking is allowed. Smoking on the property or in the house is strictly prohibited.

An additional cleaning fee of $750 will be charged if we determine that a guest was smoking on the property or in the home.​

Swimming and boating are at the guest's own risk. The owners assume no liability for damage or injury resulting from guest behavior.

The primary Renter will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by any renter or visitor during the reservation period.

There are multiple exterior cameras on the property for your safety and security.

Tampering with the cameras with result in immediate cancellation of reservation without any refund of unused nights.

Payments must be paid in full at time of reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

We have a "no pets" policy. As much as we love our own pets, our guest home will remain in the best condition without the wear and tear of everyone's furry friends.

The property has a keyless entry system. You will receive the entry code once your reservation is confirmed and paid in full.

Cleaning services are included in your reservation costs. Our cleaning team is trained in a cleaning protocol that meets COVID-19 standards.

Who washes the sheets and towels?

Is there a security desposit for damages? Who is responsible for damages to property, (inside and outside) equipment, and furnishings?​
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are appreciated as far in advance as possible. The following terms will apply, should you need to cancel for any reason:

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
